I’m a nerd for all things related to mental health, technology, and data. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston University and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from The City College of New York as well as a certificate in data science from Entity Academy.

In addition to working in the social service & mental health world for over a decade, I'm also a storyteller and poet. I am especially interested in elevating the voices of individuals in the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. My goal is to enhance your wellness journey by providing accessible, practical insights drawn from my lived experience as a Black queer woman, my professional expertise, and my penchant for diving deep into research.
