Facilitated by Andi Sutherland-Johnson, LCSW, this group offers a confidential, judgment-free space to swap stories, share real strategies, and laugh a little along the way. We’ll focus on building emotional resilience, sharpening practical skills, and finding a balance between supporting your adult kids and actually living your own life — because both matter.
When: This group will meet on Mondays, 7:50 - 8:50 PM EST (7 weeks)
