I am a Clinical Social Worker, licensed in New York and Louisiana. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology with a minor in Studio Art from Florida International University. I earned my Master of Social Work degree at Hunter College and have over a decade of experience practicing in New York City.

My path to social work and clinical practice was deeply personal—shaped by my lived experience as a bicultural Black woman and former teen mom. I have a visceral understanding of the desire to overcome adversity, live authentically, and thrive. That insight informs how I show up in the therapy space: with empathy, attunement, and an unwavering respect for the humanity in each of us.

I am dedicated to the service of BIPOC communities, with a special interest in supporting Black and Brown women who live with high-functioning anxiety. My approach is integrative, collaborative, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and grounded in a multicultural framework. I’m committed to providing an identity-affirming and safe emotional context to engage the therapeutic process.

Together, we can work to shift anxiety-inducing and self-defeating patterns of thought and behavior so that you can harness the strengths already within you and move toward a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
